BE attempting to backup non-existant mailbox

We're running Server 2003 Standard with Exchange 2003 and BE 9.1 build 4691. We've split the backup into 2 seperate jobs; Full system without mailboxes, and then just the mailboxes.

The mailbox backup fails with the "Directory not found. Can not backup directory Martha Mulvany and its subdirectories." I believe this failure has happened since the user was deleted. (logs are unavailable to be sure)

The user Martha Mulvany no longer exists. She was deleted over a month ago. The mailbox retention time in exchange is set to 0. Checking in System Manager, the mailbox does not exist. Checking in the BE Selection list for the mailboxes, Martha's mailbox is not in the list.

Hi,

Ensure that the mailbox is not listed in the selection list:
Click on the text format in the backup Job Properties(view format) ,
check for the entry of the mailbox, in case it is there, unselect it.

Try creating a new selection list if it does not help.
