BE v.10 Best Way To Restore a Single Mailbox??????

My Client is using BE 10
They do backups of the Exchange 2000 IS, but not individual mailboxes.
My question is what is the best/fastest method for restoring an individual mailbox in this case?

It would be really fast if you do backup of individual mailbox and then restore it.
