BE with Exchange and GRT Option doesn't work!!!

Hello, someone use this feature (GRT) of Exchange Agent and do this work correctly?
 
We have a Support Case open since 03/2007 and doesn't have any solution by Symantec Support.
 
BE have a BUG and we are waiting a new build to solve this.
 
Hey support guys? are you working to solve this problem?
 
Do you have some data to new build?
 
We have a big problem with a customer because of this bug.
 
Please, someone can help and solve this?

Use Build 7170. It specifically addresses GRT problems.

Thank you about your suggestion but the 7170 build  as already installed and this not solve the problem. Only change the moment of a error. From the beggining at to the end of the duplicating process from disk to tape.
 
The problem is in the BERemote ...
 
Any other suggestion?
