I have a fully patched BE10.1D running on my exchange server. When i attempt to back it up to my NAS, I get an error indicating to implement the following change in my setup.
Backup job fails with the error 0xe00084f4 or 0xa00084f4 "An unknown error has occurred" when backing up to a backup-to-disk folder.

I have changed the login account to another domain account, restarted services and still gives same error.
I get same error when I try to backup my SQL server via remote agent to same backup device. Backups of my other servers go through OK. I have Exchange and SQL licenses so I do not understand why this is happening.
Any assistance appreciated.
