BE10 hang-up

Installed BE10 for Windows servers plus Domino Server Agent recently on 6 W2K servers (SP4). Install went ok & took first backup of system straight after the install - everything appeared fine. Now, launch BE10 at the console - as soon as you try & do anything in the UI, it just freezes & you have to kill the process in Task Manager. Installed SP1 on one of the affected servers but still same problem. Looking in Task Manager, beserver.exe is taking a constant 25% CPU.

Anyone experienced same or similar?
