BE86 job queued instead of running right away

Simple inventory job queued instead of running right away, nothing is running to prevent job to start immediately.
Any idea why ?

I found that stopping and starting the backup exec services solved this problem for me.

I tried this. Did not work. Even scheduled jobs were not running.

Looks like, I don not see word "ready". Status "online.

Thank you very much. It is exactly what happened. I unpaused server and everything is back to normal. But my question is what is possibly could cause to pause server in Media TAB ? Thank you, thank you, tank you.
