In the table Media. if in the RecycleDateTime column, I would like to know if the value 1900-01-01 is the equivalent of the Overwritable Status of tape in the Overwrite Protected Until Column in the Media Pane of Backup Exec 10d

Yes it is correct, whereas NonAppendDateTime corresponds to the Append period.
