BEWS 10.0.5520.2 - not able to install any update

I just installed the latest release of Backup Exec on a new installed Windows 2000 SP4 Server (German versions).
After rebboting several events appeared in the Windows eventlog, as in:

But when i try to install an update (SP1 or the Driver Update linked in the article) i always get an error message that the update cannot be installed because it is only compatible to version 10.0.

I tried runnng the License installer and installing again - same problem.
How to get rid of the messages and/or install updates?
Can anyone help?

Please install the latest drivers from this link:
Driver release 47 is now available for Backup Exec 10.0 build 5520.
http://support.veritas.com/docs/278408
Stop the RSM service.
Please write to us if the problem persists with these drivers also.
