BEXEC v10, LTO Drive, Tapes keep ejecting

Hi,

We have a problem with 3 different SBS2003 servers which are running BE10 using an LTO drive. The tapes are 100/200GB. What happens on two of the sites is that they have worked ok for several months but now the tapes are hit and miss going in the drive. As soon as they are inserted, around 30 seconds later they are ejected. On the third site, this started happening pretty much straight away. Resetting the drive (through the pin hole reset) or restarting BE services seems to help but not always. Has anybody seen anything similar? We have no problems at all with sites running BE10 and DAT24

Problem fixed. The LTO drives have a low tolerance to any heat (a bit like the rest of us Brits) and the better weather was causing them to overheat. A few portable aircon units have sorted them out.
