BUG in Fixpack 43 - not solved yet - (10d)

Backup Exec 10.d for Windows servers SP2 +FP43

After installing fixpack 43, at the backing up Lotus Domino 7.0.1 databases there is an error message. This error always showing after the installation of fixpack 43.

Final error: 0xe00084b7 - A backup set was created which contains no data. See the job log for details.
Final error category: Job Errors

Hi !

I have done the same as you and get the same error as you with domino

Also when i ran antoher backup job i got the error that backupexec couldnt back a nsf file cause its in use ??? isnt that way i got the domino agent ??

Please install the Hotfix 46 and reinstall the agent:


Backup Exec for Windows Servers 10d (10.1.5629) Hotfix 46 - Multiple issues related to the Lotus Domino agent. *Requires Backup Exec 10d (10.1.5629) Service Pack 2

Yupp !

Did so yesterday and the problem seem to have gona away but im wating for my full backup this weekend before i can feel completly safe :)

Hi !

Sorry to say but i have the same problem with domino backups after installing Hf46 and yes i have reinstalled the agent and rebooted the domino servers

Any other ideas how to solve this ??????
