Back Up Exec. v10 Installation

I have BE installed on a backup server that is in it's own workgroup. I have 6 remote servers at remote locations, on different networks, and there is only 1 Domain Controller at 1 of the locations that I want to back up.

I am having trouble attaching to the remote servers. The remote agent is installed and running on the remote servers and I am using the local administrative password to try to log on to the servers, but I am still unsuccessful. Any idea as to any other ways I can trouble shoot this. The backup server is a windows server 2003 as is the remote server I am trying to back up.

1.Try using User defined selections.
2.Make sure the firewall has got the specified ports open inclusing port 10000 on both sides

Hello,

Create an account that has domain admin rights for these servers and through n/w logon accounts from BE try creating a new account.
When selecting remote server try selecting through this account.

Please update the results.
