Backexec running but change in bytes count

We have been using Veritas Backupexec 10 for windows. and Backup Device is Dell PowerVault 132T.

We are taking backup of multiple servers (daily and Monthly). The problem is if we select dat multple nodes, after certain time it shows backup running but there is no progress in byte count. I don't see any erro message. I can't even cancel job. I have to restart server.

I just tried with single node it worked fine. After taht I tried with 5 nodes, after completing backup of 3 nodes there is no activity.

I just checked there are no active alerts.

Job Activity tab-

Status: running

operation: backup

server name: srv1 (example)

current activity: empty

current file: empty

Job History tab-

all selected files/folder/drive for srv1 completed.

I guess the problem is switch job form one node to another. This time I selected 5 servers, (job for 3 of them completed)

Few hours back I took backup of some folders of one server, and it was successful.
