Backing up CIFS shares on NAS filer

Hi all

I am evaluating BKEXC2012 and has run into a problem.

We have several CIFS shares on a Netapp NAS filer, which BKEXC 12.5 backups up fine.

But I cannot get 2012 to do this even though I use the same credentials to connect to the filer?

I can browse the all the folders on the Filer when selecting folders for a backup job (see below)

but when I test the credentials I get "Test failed"  (see below)

I cannot figure out why I have this problem.

Hi again

I had installed BKEXEC2012 using the Local administrator account.

I made a fresh install using a Domain admin account, and all my troubles were solved.

I would like to know if the job report an error or warning when backing up a cifs share on nas or not.
