I have recently moved the location of my SBS 2003 Event Logs to a non-system drive as space was becoming an issue.
I have now found that during the backup of the Event Logs in Backup Exec 10.1, the .evt files seem to be copied to C:\WINDOWS\repair\Backup\ServiceState\EventLogs which kind of defeats the object of the exercise. I guess I could stop backing up the Event Logs but would prefer not to do that. Is there a reason why these are copied and is there a way to back them up to another location?
