Backing up SQL

Hello - I am recently being faced with an error in my BE backups in regards to SQL.

Error: "The backupexec SQL agent was not used to create the last full, differential or log backup of this database. You must use SQL Agent to run a full backup before you can run a differential backup or transaction log backup..."

I am running full backup weekly and incrementals on daily. I have setup to allow my full backup of my SQL databases in my selection tab and also to allowed Full - Backup entire database or filegroup under the properties settings of the Full backup job.

Can anyone please advise on how to resolve this error?

Yes some of my SQL boxes are virtualized and some are actuall physical which also are getting this error.

For all your SQL machines, virtual or real, you should not be running any SQL backups using the built-in SQL facility.
