Backing up Sub folders

I believe that there is a limit as to the number of sub folders that can be backed up/restored by BE. What is this limit?

Hello Brian,

It would be nice if you could describe the issue in a little more specific manner. Are you talking about the DLO Option here, or are you talking about UNIX/LINUX backups.

For UNIX/LINUX you cannot backup files which have a directory path of more than 255 characters.

Hello,

There is no limit on the subfolders that can be backed up /restored by BE.
As long as the OS supports it BE will also support it.
