Backing up system states

How do I backup system states for servers that are not part of an active directory domain. These servers sit in a workgroup and are app servers. My backup server is not part of any domain either. For security purposes, they are not part of any domain.

Yes, remote agents are installed.

What if the servers are in different workgroup than the backup server? Currently, I only see the workgroup that the backup server belongs to.

Never mind, I figured out. Thanks Symantec for getting back to me via forums and mylogin website.

Basically, put the backup server in the same workgroup as the servers that you want to back up, and shadow info will show up.
