I'm using Window server 2008 R2, Backup EXEC 2010 and HP 1/8 G2 autoloader.
Last time I run erase job for all of tapes but It showed the media error when it erased to the 3rd tapes, after that I could not make any job such as backup, inventory, etc.. Now the error tape is stuck in the robotic and I could not do anything
Could you please kindly help me to fix this case?
