Backup Exec 10.0 + Dell PV 122T

Hi,
I got a little problem I need help with.
I am running BE 10.0 on Win2003.
Attached to my poweredge are two SCSI attached backup devices.
1. Powervault PV110T LTO
2. Powervault PV122TAutoloader-single drive.

My problem is, I can see both drives in Veritas and I can submit and run jobs on them, but I cannt see my robotic library option which is preventing me from using the other 7 slots in my library.
The devices are all recognized in windows, but the drivers for the library are Microsoft..not Veritas, I've tried upgrading them using the driver pack from the website but it fails.

Help please

Try running device configuration wizard in Backup Exec, you'll find it under "tools" menu.

What error message appear when running device driver package? Do you choose to let Veritas update all devices?
