We have Backup Exec 10d and we are trying to backup couple of SQL databases.
The problem that we have is that the logs do NOT truncate after the backup.
The logs are on a separate logical drive.
In the properties of the backup job, under Microsoft SQL, we have selected "Full - Back the entire database or filegroup". This does not truncate the logs.
Than we tried creating a new job that runs after the full backup and selected backup method "Log - Backup Transaction log". This completed successfully however the logs are not truncated.
This is becoming a real problem and we have to truncate the logs manually.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
