Backup Exec 10d error on backup

This is on a Small Business Server backing up to a removable hard drive. It works fine for all but the backup of the Information store. It is running on a trial version and has advanced open file manager installed and being used. This seems to indicate that it can't find the Information Store but that's crazy as it is being used every day by exhange server. The error is below:


AOFO: Initialization failure on: "Microsoft Information Store". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
Snapshot provider error (0xE00084AF): The directory or file was not found, or could not be accessed.

Hello,

Are you running a separate backup of the Information store? Try recreating the job and verify the results.

If the issue persists, refer to the technote below:

Title: "Directory or File was not found, or could not be accessed" (a00084af HEX or e00084af HEX) is reported when a backup job using the Advanced Open File Option fails.
