Backup Exec 10d - mailbox backup is not backing up individual mailbox data

I am running Backup Exec 10d SP3, and am doing a full information store backup, and a full mailbox backup.  Everything completes successfully, but when I try to restore anything from a mailbox, there is no data in any of the folders.

I created a new backup job with just mailboxes, and when I select the mailboxes and check to see if it is backing up individual emails, all of the folders are blank.

I have uninstalled BackupExec 10d and reinstalled it.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Make sure that the account associated with the Exchange backup job has full access to all mailboxes on your Excahnge server. BE uses the MAPI interface to actually log into each individual mailbox.
