Backup Exec 11D hangs, when trying to restore Exchange Mailboxes from restore points (CPS)

Hallo,

did somebody already found a solution to the following CPS Exchange Restore problem:

The problem I have, is that when I browse the restorepoints to be able to restore any mail Backup Exec hangs. Most of the time the full and the first two restorepoints works fine but none of the other, the application goes to the state NOT RESPONDING.

I'm up-to-date with the hotfixes and I even disabled all third party tools, like virus scanner.

and when during the job selection and trying to expand to the information store and see the single user mailboxes, the Backup Exec 11D Job Monitor is going to NOT RESPONDING, the system is idle and not using any resources!
