Backup Exec 11d empty folders

I have Backup Exec 11d installed on my Windows 2003 Server file-server

When I try to backup it creates only folders structure and no any files in backup

DFS and FRS services are not used.

What may cause this?

Was this server created using a Slip Stream CD?  If so, reapply the latest Service Pack to the operating system and run the backup again.

This server created without slipstream CD.

Do I need to reapply service pack anyway?

Ivan,

Run through this technote for me, enter all 4's for the case number and select send via ftp when prompted.  Private message me the file name when completed. I'd like to take a look at server logs.  I don't think re-applying the service pack will help.

Well the first thing I would suggest doing is installing SP2 for Backup Exec.

So I install SP2 but nothing changes
