Restoring individual emails from an Information Store backup does not work. I have selected allthe correct options in the backup job, including ticking the "restore individual emails" box. I have run live update on my Version 11d and it is up to date. The job fails with the status "recovered". I then have to restart the backup exec services as they have been stopped. Not too impressed considering the amount of money I paid for this program and all the agents, Legacy backup works fine, but on a large store it takes up to 9 hours, whereas IS backup takes about 75 Minutes
