Backup Exec 11d w/latest patches - services will not Automatically start after a reboot.

Non of the Backup Exec Services will start following a reboot of the Backup Exec Server with The Event Type: Error, Event Source: Service Control Manager, Event Category: None and User:  N/A. The Event are listed below.
 
Note: All Servcies can be started manually without any issues.
Event ID: 7009
Description:
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the Backup Exec Device & Media Service service to connect.

Hi Mike,
 
Try placing the bestart.bat on the server startup group.   The bat file is located c:\program files\Symantec\Backup Exec .
