Backup Exec 11d with DB2 Remote Agent Problems

TRG
Level 3

I’m seeing the following in the Windows 2003 server logs that the DB2 server resides on when a backup is attempted.  The backup job says it's completed 100% on the media server and it says it has backup 958446 bytes but when you try to look at the media or perform a restore you see the job but there is nothing to select.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
