That page gives an error about the offer expiring

If you are a customer, you can call the licensing group from the contact page at licensing.symantec.com

They can then re-issue new keys and download links for you.  

I doubt you can get old downloads like 12 anymore as trialware, as it's not the current shipping version anymore.
