Backup Exec 12.5 SP2 fails running LiveUpdate with error code#LU1825

Upgraded to SP2 then proceeded to run Live Update to update the rest of Backup Exec, now I get this in my log file:

I had the same issue on Windwos server 2008 sp2. I needed to run LU with elevated privileges
