Backup Exec 12.5 Sp1 Jobs show only "Queued" Status

Hi All

I have 1 HP server DL380G5 model connect with hp storageworks dat 72 tape. when i try to perform the inventory the status always show queued and never run. 

I have try below step but still unable to resolved the issue.

1: restart all the service and recrete the backup drive.

2: restart the whole server include the tape drive.

3: change the tape drive.

Hope anyone can help on this issue.

In the devices Tab , Right click on the server name and click pause and then Un- pause it . Then try to run inventory again >

In BE console check the alerts tab for any unattended alerts.

Also run Live Update multiple times and install latest Service Pack and other Hotfixes.

Push updates on all the clients, make sure media server & clients are using same version of remote 

agent.
