Backup Exec 12 Drive Cleaning on AutoLoader

How do I start a Drive Cleaning on my Dell PVT 124T AutoLoader? The option is greyed out in BackupExec 12

I actually have the Quantum Superloader 3, which is the same underlying unit, and a couple of customers where I installed that exact Dell PVT124 unit. Rather than using BE, I prefer to just let the unit itself take care of cleaning itself.

Go into the firmware webpage, and click Configuration. You will see a place to set the cleaning tape location, and a box you can check to "Auto Clean".

Go on a slot on you robotic, Right click on location where cleaning

cartridge is, and check "cleaning location".
