Backup Exec 12 services don't Automatically start

Everytime our Media server which is on a Server2008 x64 hosting Hyper-V running 3 Servers (a DB Server, Exchange Server, and BES Server) reboots after updates, etc.  The following services must be manually restarted. 

Device & Media Service
DLO Administration Service
Job Engine
Server
Agent Browser

The Services are all set to Automatically restart, and if triggered manually, they do start.  Why wouldn't these auto-start?

Are there any entries in the Event Log that apply?

I agree with Ken, check the Event Log for errors or notifications. A temporary workaround until we can resolve the issue would be to create a .bat file that starts each service and runs at system startup.
