Is AOFO enabled ?

If running any AV, have you set it exclude from scanning the BE processes ?

Check the event viewer for any errors / warnings related to "NS Storage".

Hi VJware,

Yes AOFO is enabled, there is no AV at the moment, nothing should be blocking it. This is happening on multiple servers, im not sure why. need help.

thanks,

1) What is this "NS Storage"? Have you tried a backup to other disks, especially one which is local to the media server?

2) Are you using a physical machine for your media server?

Hi pkh,

NS Storage is a NAS D-Link box with 4 HD RAID 5 connected via ethernet 1000Mbps connection.

I'm not sure what you mean by media server ? you mean where I backup my data or where the Backup Exec console running ?

thanks,

The media server is the machine on which BE is loaded and where the BE console is located.
