Backup Exec 2010 Problem

Hallo,

habe soeben Backup Exec 2010 auf einem SBS 2008 Server installiert.

Jetzt will ich ein Band formatieren :

Extras - Geräte- und Medienvorgänge - formatieren

Aber alle Funktionen unter "Geräte- und Medienvorgänge" sind

"ausgegraut" (nicht anwählbar)

(Ein Band ist drin, nicht schreibgeschützt)

Woran kann's liegeb ?

Make sure the BE Device & Media service is using Domain admin account.

In BE console, right click on the server name and select pause wait for 30 seconds

and then unpause. If still the issue persists delete the device from BE console and

restart all the BE services.
