Backup Exec 2010 R3 compared to 2012

Without getting into too much detail what are some major improvments with 2012 if you're coming from 2010 R3 in a complete VM environment with centralized shared storage?  Thanks.

Jamal: Besides reading that document on the link above, consider running it on a VM or stand-alone server. It has completely changed the way backups are done, and the way the GUI looks.

Rather spend time checking it out than being surprised with all the changes made.
