Backup Exec 2010 with SSO migration

Hi,

I have backup exec 2010 installed with the SSO option on my 32bit Windows 2003 server. I need to migrate this to a new server as this old server is being decommisioned.
The new server is Windows 2008R2 (64bit) and I have SQL 2008 SP1 installed. I need all policies etc copied and DB migrated.
I have been searching and found an article that gives steps but also says not to follow if I run SSO or if I am changing OS versions.
Has anyone done this? Can it be done? If so can you please point me towards a guide?

You can copy the configuration of the media server using the beutiltiy .. and then restore as well
But not sure if it works with the SSO option
