Backup Exec 2012: The provider that was selected in the NDMP backup job options does not match the provider that was selected in the Include/Exclude backup selections.

Product: Backup Exec 2010 trail version.

When we try to backup a folder in Isilon OneFS (6.5.4.x), we get error:

The provider that was selected in the NDMP backup job options does not match the provider that was selected in the Include/Exclude backup selections.

The solution offered by Symantec is for Backup Exec 2010. It does not match version 2012.

Cannot seem to select NDMP provider anywhere.

Hello, this is a known issue currently under investigation. Until a resolution is available, please try a workaround of using the regular Backup option instead of One-time backup.
