Backup Exec 2014 SQL Express or Full SQL

Installing a new Backup Exec 2014 enviroment.  2 Servers, one at our HQ site and one at our DR site.  I will be backing up about 15 VMware VM's, Exchange, SQL, a Domain controller, and some file servers at the HQ site to disk backup.  In that same backup I would like to send it out to our DR site to the BE server out there.

My assumption is that I will be using de-duplication, vs just plain disk storage.  Is SQL Express going to work for my setup or should I use full blown SQL for the Backup Exec database?

Thanks!

The default SQL Express installation would work.  Don't worry about it.

In that same backup I would like to send it out to our DR site to the BE server out there

You would need CASO for this.  Do you have an ESO licence which will give you CASO?

Yes we purchased the "Enterprise" option, VRAY, and enough CPU's to cover our 8 host (dual socket) production VMware cluster, so 16.

Thanks much for your SQL answer!
