We are currently running Backup Exec 8.6 3878 and have cataloged Arcserve backup tapes and can view the catalog and create the desired restore. The backup had three tape and when you start the job it runs through each tape and finds what seems to be the desired restore on 3 of 3 then completes the restore 100% as a passed job but the amount of restored files is 0.
Is there a fix for this? Would upgrading to Backup Exec version 10 fix this?
