What is the version of Backup Exec that the client uses? Is it 8.6 or 9.0? SInce when does the problem occur? What is the exact error in the event logs?
Do elaborate on the above details. In either case, it is recommended to upgrade to version 9.1 as it resolves many issues present in the previous versions.
