Backup Exec 9.1 with device driver update problem

I have a windows 2003 server with backupexec 9.1 + device driver uptade, but my Robotic library Hp Storage works 1/8 Ultrium 448 tape autoloader wasn't see from BackupExec, the tape work done. The Robotic library is PN=AF203A, Model AF203-63001.
Backup Exec have all the update and this driver update. BACKUPEXECTAPEDEVICEDRIVERINSTALL_273853.EXE - VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) 9.1 - Device Driver Installer (20050115) - Includes Tape Driver Release (20041231) and Robotic Library Release (45) (Intel Only) - 05/26/2005
There are anyone that have solved a similar problem??

Hello,

Verify if the robotic library is compatible with Backup Exec.

Please refer the following HCL:

Also verify if event id's 7,9,11 or 15 are present in the system event log.
