Windows 2003 Server, Backup Exec 9.1, Exchange Agent installed.
In the job set up the Mailboxes and Public Folder containers are displayed. Whenever an attempt is made to select these items for backup a dialog box pops-up indicating a failed authentication.
The job is set to use the local administrator account and that account has been verified to have full rights to the items in Exchange. The local administrator account has been verified and is in use by Backup Exec to access everything else.
What can be causing this issue?
