Backup Exec Bootable Restore

I have been using Backup Exec for many years. Whenever there is a client system failre that requires restoring, it takes quite some time to complete as you must reinstall the OS, get the networking running and then restore to the machine. Is there a way that a full backup with system state info can be redirected to a USB hard drive and then using Casper to boot to the USB drive and restore the hard drive data from the Casper boot cd? This would save lots of time and replace having individual image files of the clients in case of comeplte system failure.
