How to configure EV Agent in Backup Exec  2010 R3, when EV server in another Domain.

Well you need to make sure you have remote agent installed on the Ev server , there should be trust relationship between the domains and make sure the account used for backup as peroper roles in Enterprise vault refer http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH179054
