Backup Exec Failing on 99% Verify

   Hi,

Backup Exec has just started failing when backing up a drive remote from the Backup Exec Server.

Error:
AOFO: Started for resource: "\\TANKGIRL\E:". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
The snapshot provider used by VSS for volume E: - Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider 1.0 (Version 1.0.0.7).

Directory  was not found, or could not be accessed.
None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.

I have tried running the backup with AOFO on and off to no avail.  Am running Backup Exec Server for Windows 10.0 Rev 5484.

I have turned debugging on for the remote server and find this:

[1412] 06/28/07 10:32:47 Informational status CODE (0x00000002) returned calling FindFirstFile for C:\WINDOWS\system32\perf?00?.bak when getting additional files

I have tried downloading and applying patch as listed in http://support.veritas.com/docs/278705 but the patch says I don't have the right version of the software.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Jonathan
