Backup Exec Media Pool Tape order?

Running Backup Exec 9.1 ver 4691 and we have a DELL PowerVault 114T ( Basically 2 standalone LTO2 drives in a rack mount enclosure. No Autoloader ).

We just added a second LTO2 drive and I have it setup and we can backup data to the drive. We have a Yearly and Monthly routine that requires more storage that one LTO2 can provide. Will a job utlize both drives if I select the default "All Drives" pool and if so is there anyway for me to specify which drive will be used first?

If not can I setup my own drive pool and somehow specify in there which order drives will be used?
