We are currently using Backupexec 11D with all the latest hotfixes and with the AOFO option on the media server to backup 50 Netware 6.5 SP5 servers.
The problem we experiencing is that when we install the Netware remote agent (Push method from media server or installation from the Backupexec media) only 10 remote agents using the ofm are licensed.
We purchased licenses for 60 servers.
The license key in the ofmnw.lic file is as follows:
SerialNumber={edit: removed}
We found a workaround to the problem and that is to copy the ofmnw.lic generated from a Backupexec ver 9.2 for Netware remote agent installation the sys:\system\ofm folder.
This is not acceptable , The Netware agent installation files that come with Backupexec 11D are definitely buggy ,because the license key works with the Backupexec ver 9.2 for Netware remote agent.
Is anyone out there experiencing the same issue?
