Hello, i've recently installed a fresh copy of backup exec v12 on a win2k3 r2 server. Latest Updates done.
There is a domino agent and remote agent installed.
In the system log this appears every 15 to 20 minutes: - The Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
In the application log this appears - Faulting application beremote.exe, version 12.0.1364.0, faulting module bedsnote.dll, version 12.0.1364.0, fault address 0x00022040.
I've set the backup exec remote agent to restart the service if it fails (hence why it keeps stopping every 15 minutes).
This is causing backups to fail with - e00084f8 - The network connection to the Backup Exec Remote Agent has been lost. Check for network errors.

Has anyone any ideas as to why this may be happening?
