Unable to backup Snap Appliance 520 after upgrading to 12

I have been running Backup Exec 9.1 on one of my backup servers for awhile now and was always able to successfully backup my Adaptec Snap Appliance 520. Now that I have upgraded to Backup Exec 12 it says "Remote Agent Not Detected on xxxxxx". I already have that server listed in my User Defined Selections but when I click on it it stalls for about a minute and then comes up with "An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of LFFNAS01. A network connection to the server could not be established."

I can however browse the contents by using the UNC path in Run on the backup server itself.

The OS version of the Snap Appliance is 4.2.054

What can I do to get this back up and going?

Disable NDMP on your Snap device and try backing it up again.

I don't have NDMP licensed or running on my Snap Appliance 520.
