Hi I recently purchased Backup Exec 2102 SBS edition but delivery was not for a few weeks so I downloaded a trail and got it all up and running ok, then yesterday the full product arrived so I installed the license number.
When I checked the backup this morning it had failed with the following message
After looking into this I checked the installed license but on the configure options the Agent for Applications and Databases is not selected and is under the section not available for trial.
Can you please let me know how I can get my exchange backing up again please. Im running the software on Windows SBS 2011 Standard edition.

Its a know issue. Refer the workaround part in document below & please click on subscribe on that doucment so whenever any hotfix is released you will be notified.

The above seems to be known issue with BE 2012 please try the workaround part given in document & also please click on subscribe on that doucment so whenever any hotfix is released you will be prompted for it too
